END OF SUMMER

Taking advantage of the summer break, we had 2 days with the youth here at the church. They played games, hung out with friends, made some new friends, and were taught from the Word of God. They all enjoyed their time together, and it was great seeing some new faces come out.
As Len has been praying for a long time, this month he chose two men from our church to be ordained. One of them was ordained to become a deacon, and the other, who was currently a deacon, was ordained an elder. These two men and their families have been a part of Calvary for a long time, and we pray that God uses them greatly in their leadership positions.
We are now one month closer to our big outreach event, "Night of the Stars." October 25 might seem far away, but there is so much planning to do. And we still need your help! Last month, we created a list of items for Calvary Motul's property to help assist those with special needs. There are bars for the bathrooms, ramps for wheelchairs, lighting to help replace some of our outdoor lighting that has burnt out, and the red carpet for those special guests who we will have that night. 100% of that list is still needed. If you can help in any way, please don't hesitate, as we need time for these items to ship and install. Pray with us for the Lord's provision in every way for this special night.

If you would like to help, you can click on our update from last month, which lists all of the items.
Some items, we need more than one - it is marked that way on the list. If you want to donate in general for this event, you can give through PayPal or Uproot and note that it is for "Night of the Stars."
If anyone has experience with this type of event, we would love to connect with you! Please write us!
